Hotel The Luxem - Gurgaon

The hotel is situated in a peaceful location and the room is quite spacious and clean with a smart TV. the bed is comfortable and the linen is nice. the hotel staff is polite and helpful, with Rahoul at the front desk being particularly lovely. the value for money is excellent, making it a good option for budget travelers.

While some staff members were great, the man at the desk during check-in was unexpressive and unhelpful, which left a negative first impression.

The room was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and nice linen. The area was also very quiet, which was great for getting a good night's sleep. The hotel also had a smart TV, which was a nice touch and kept us entertained during downtime.

Our check-out experience wasn't the best. The hotel only accepted cash payments and we had to go through a bit of a battle just to pay with our card.

Finally, the value for money was excellent , made it a great experience overall. I would definitely recommend staying here.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I found the hotel to be very clean and spacious, with smart TVs in the large rooms. the location is quiet, which adds to the comfort of the hotel. the bed had nice linen, which made it quite comfortable to sleep in.

the gentleman at the front desk didn't speak English very well, which made it difficult to communicate, and he didn't seem very approachable.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel located in a quiet area, offering excellent value for money. The room was very clean and spacious, complete with a smart TV and a comfy bed adorned with nice linen. The highlight of my stay was the friendly and accommodating front desk staff, especially Rahoul. Despite a slight language barrier with another staff member, their helpfulness and friendliness made up for it. Although some may find the location a bit out of the way, I personally enjoyed the walk. The only drawback was the inconvenience of not being able to pay with a card during check out, but overall, I would definitely recommend this place.
